MUCA is active at both the State and Federal level, promoting the underground industry. In addition, MUCA works for passage of legislation and rules that will help our industry. We take an active leadership role on a variety of state agency committees and task forces. MUCA members bring the voice of the industry to the regulatory tables. If we don't stand up for our industry, who will? MUCA has an effective and experienced team working at the capitol on behalf of the industry. MUCA Lobbyist Mike Robertson is a former Deputy Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. They know how to make things happen.
