INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS
NEW 2011 PIPELAYER CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT -
All
Pipelayer Certification Cards issued by MUCA must have an expiration
date. All MUCA certified pipelayers are now required to take a
refresher course every three years. Pipelayer Certification Training
