Day of the Dozers
A HUGE SUCCESS!

The numbers aren’t final yet, but early estimates are that MUCA Members hosted over 4,000 people at our Day of the Dozers event on Saturday. Donations definitely surpassed our $40,000 goal for Children’s Hospitals & Clinics!

There are dozens of companies and individuals to thank for their time and support.

Once we receive the final numbers from Children’s Hospital & Clinics, we’ll update the website. Additional details will also be published in the upcoming Underground Press magazine.

Board Ballots on Their Way

Each year MUCA elects its Board of Directors. The Primary Contact for each member company will be sent a Board Ballot with the slate of officers and directors listed later this week.

Per MUCA’s bylaws, each member company has one vote. A write-in candidate may be elected provided they receive a 10% quorum of the voting membership. A 10% quorum is also required for the ballot to be accepted. The vote is ratified (by voice) at the Annual Meeting.

If you have any questions on MUCA’s Board election process and policy, please feel free to contact Stephanie at (651) 735-3908.
