MUCA's Mission

To promote the underground utility industry by providing safety training, continuing education, scholarships and legislative relations.

The Minnesota Utility Contractors Association (MUCA) is a non-profit trade association. MUCA members are involved in sewer, water, gas, telephone, and fiber optics installation, excavation, site work, and trenchless technology. MUCA suppliers and associate members provide the products and services used by our member contractors for their jobs. Our mission is to promote the underground utility industry by providing safety training, continuing education, scholarships, and legislative relations.

MUCA is the leading voice for the underground construction industry. MUCA members work together to make the industry stronger.
